ACTIA ES’s CSR approach is structured around five Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Through concrete actions, the company demonstrates its daily commitment to balancing technological innovation, social responsibility, and environmental stewardship.

SDG 3 – Health and well-being: looking after those who drive our business

Recognizing that sustainable performance stems from the health of our teams, ACTIA ES places employee well-being at the heart of its strategy.
From ergonomic workspaces, corporate shuttle service, social hubs, internal sport clubs and events to health prevention programs, we are building a workspace that is safe, healthy and inspiring.
This commitment is supported by accessible occupational healthcare, medical insurance, training and presence of certified workplace first aiders

SDG 4 – Quality education: shaping future-ready talent

As an engineering-focused firm, ACTIA ES recognizes that excellence depends on high-quality education.
We are committed to lifelong learning through proactive career management, internal training and initiatives promoting diversity and equal opportunity.
Our investment in future talent includes internships, apprenticeships and mentorship, alongside the co-creation of academic programs and 4 Research & Innovation Labs with partner institutions.

SDG 7 – Clean and affordable energy: sustainable and conscious engineering

We integrate energy efficiency into our daily operations through LED lighting, water-saving devices and rigorous consumption monitoring.
A key milestone in this strategy is the development of a solar farm to power our 4 ACTIA’s sites in Tunisia.
Furthermore, we help our clients design more energy-efficient electronic systems and lead awareness initiatives with our stakeholders.
We believe that engineering plays a pivotal role in the emergence of a low-carbon future.

SDG 8 – Decent work and economic growth : an ethical and inclusive model

ACTIA ES is dedicated to ensuring an equitable and respectful workplace for all, built on equal opportunity, pay equity and constructive social dialogue.
To turn these values into action, we have implemented robust processes and programs focused on professional fulfillment.
Beyond our internal operations, we actively support technological entrepreneurship through our “ACTinCube” incubator/accelerator. This program empowers startups by providing comprehensive support, including mentorship, access to our testing lab and a network of technical experts and partners.
*These efforts were recognized in May 2024 with the ‘CSR POWER FORUM’ award in Hammamet, highlighting our concrete role in driving the industrial ecosystem and strengthening local know-how.

SDG 12 – Responsible consumption and production: driven by positive impact

ACTIA ES integrates eco-design principles from the very beginning of the project lifecycle.
This involves training our engineers in sustainable practices, selecting durable materials, minimizing waste and optimizing product longevity.
Internally, these efforts are reflected in waste sorting, process digitalization, water consumption and a responsible procurement policy.
By raising awareness among our teams, we are deeply anchoring a culture of environmental responsibility into our daily actions and professional identity.
